ABUNDANT aims to raise awareness and encourage participation in kidney and liver donation through storytelling that sparks action.
By sharing expert insights and stories that embody the gift of giving, ABUNDANT‘s Impact Strategy empowers potential living donors with the education and resources they need to navigate the life-saving journey of kidney and liver donation.
As part of ABUNDANT’s commitment to our Impact Strategy, the film organized a Town Hall Meeting on Racial Disparity in Kidney Transplant and Donation. This issue is a major theme explored in the film.
The Town Hall was moderated by Ieesha Johnson, MS, Community Outreach Director at Infinite Legacy and President, Association for Multicultural Affairs in Transplant. Participants included:

In 2026, ABUNDANT is partnering with Black church and community leaders to organize audiences to attend ABUNDANT Town Hall screenings and discuss the issues surrounding the racial disparity and cultural competency issues after the film. A discussion guide provided by The Association for Multicultural Affairs in Transplant (AMAT) will guide discussion after the film at Town Hall screenings.
