Streaming Impact Strategy

After only a few months of ABUNDANT’s theatrical release, the most common question we received was: ”How do we get ABUNDANT to the people who need it most: kidney patients?”

So, we developed an innovative Streaming Impact Strategy designed with that goal in mind.   

Step 1: Make ABUNDANT a Gift

We started with major themes from ABUNDANT which are also foundations of the kidney donation community: giving and generosity.   ABUNDANT’s Impact Streaming Strategy asks you to buy ABUNDANT for a kidney patient and donate it, so we can distribute it free to kidney patients as a gift.  And we guarantee all donated gifts of ABUNDANT will be given to kidney patients.

Step 2: Create Connections to ABUNDANT

Donated editions of ABUNDANT will be distributed to ABUNDANT Affiliates.  An Affiliate is an organization, company or entity with first-hand connection to ESRD, dialysis, waitlist and other kidney disease patients.  Donated editions will be available on dedicated redemption pages for each Affiliate on our streamer, Stuff.io.  Kidney patients can claim donated free editions of ABUNDANT at these Affiliate redemption pages with Claim codes provided to the Affiliate.

Step 3: Make ABUNDANT Easily Available to Stream

ABUNDANT streams on Stuff.io, which has no subscription fees.  Once ABUNDANT is in a Stuff.io account, you own it outright with no additional costs.  So, when given to a kidney patient, ABUNDANT is a fully free gift.

Step 4: Make ABUNDANT Portable

Another major theme of ABUNDANT is the expansion that comes with abundance.  We make this theme a reality with Stuff.io technology.  Anyone owning a streaming edition of ABUNDANT can give it to another person, passing along the shared experience of the film. For kidney patients using ABUNDANT to start telling their own stories to find a kidney donor, the streaming edition of the film is portable, reducing barriers to sharing the experience of the film.
